"If you don't know me at all..."
Helloooo, KB! I guess you aren't aware that I'm not a coffee-drinker?
It's the wearing out of my enamel layer, exposing the dentine layer just underneath.Originally posted by Kuali Baba:Wasn't.
Then it's probably natural fluoridation of your teeth.
oh, i'm jumping to conclusions eh? pls Read again if u have not.Originally posted by Rhonda:I think you yourself are already jumping to conclusions here!
Basically, marketing ploys are marketing ploys. It doesn't mean a thing to make claims like "Research institutes recommend... " or "Doctors highly recommend..." because hey, stuff like Vioxx and Fen-Phen etc came 'highly recommended' by Physicians and what happened in the end? People started dying off from adverse side effects of Fen-Phen and Vioxx started to be associated with certain aggravated cardiac conditions!
Besides, like elindra rightfully pointed out, they may only have just three dentists endorsing it and they can go around claiming that "DentistS recommend..." their products.
Product claims, even when backed by professionals, sometimes amount to nada. If you're older than elindra, you should know better than to be easily swindled by marketing ploys.
Have you tried certain supposedly ergonometrical pillows and what not? A few of these products actually have the backing of some chiropractic institution in the US and what-not... but if you were to actually try the products, they might not live up to their claims. Never take things at face value.
You seem to be extremely scared of having your opinions contradicted. Stay around long enough and you might realise that here, we thrive on an exchange of opinions, sometimes, heated exchanges happen, but we're in it for the intellectual stimulation it gives us, and even if we voice opposition to someone's opinions, it does not translate into something personal UNLESS the person is a proven anal character!
So, get used to facing differing opinions in here!
Whether someone prefers Colgate or Darlie is a matter of personal preferences. And nope, I haven't read your questions on Colgate and I'm not interested in doing so either cause it's not a topic that interests me and I'm not wasting any of my time on that.Originally posted by tiggersgd:oh, i'm jumping to conclusions eh? pls Read again if u have not.
and if u peeps can take someone's opinions and not afraid of having ur opinions contradicted then why do u answer such lengthy reply and not answering to any of my questions on colgate? pardon me, i really dun think u stimulated my brain cells abit.
swindled by marketing ploys? haha...what a joke. u obviously didn't read my questions...forget it. club 30 is always so narrow. nothing's changed n personal unless the person, oh, let me say U are proven more than an anal character
You might want to sort out your thoughts before you write because in your attempts to perform linguistic gymnastics, you aren't making much sense.Originally posted by tiggersgd:oh yes, unreasonable statements n jumping the gun will be treated with an equal or more likeable treatments.
simple, then u shouldn't waste ur time answering what's meant to be someone else reply. DUH!Originally posted by Rhonda:Whether someone prefers Colgate or Darlie is a matter of personal preferences. I suggest YOU read again because you were accusing someone else of jumping to conclusions when by doing so, you yourself have jumped to conclusions about her. And if, by interpreting your accusatory statement, and pointing that out to you, I'm also 'jumping to conclusions', so let it be one big happy "Jumping to Conclusions' merry-go-round, of which excuse me, I'm jumping... off, simply because this is becoming trivial and silly.
Fine, so I'm anal to you. Doesn't faze me one bit what you think about me cause only the opinions of people I regard highly matter to me.
You're welcome to stop posting in here if you regard us as narrow-minded.
Yes, I am a kaypoh and unapologetic about it. Afterall, belongs to me and the Moderators and the regulars here. So, I will answer to whoever's post in here that I wanna. Do I even need to explain such simple things to you too?Originally posted by tiggersgd:simple, then u shouldn't waste ur time answering what's meant to be someone else reply. DUH!
or should i say KPO?
it is trival n silly the moment u stepped in. otherwise its a very plain straight forward answer and reply. nothing's too 'poisonous' abt it. its also a frenly exchange of POV (point of views).
and take a look at urself answering too...aren't u a tad bit TOO defensive? as a mod somemore...tsk tsk.
ur right in ur avatar...ur just not nice...ur not even subdued. pity pity.

Kodomo Lion.. n those animal shaped toothburshes
erm..erm.. *ahem*
I used Kodomo ones when I was a kid too but I still stuck to Darlie coz I thought it tasted like MentosOriginally posted by Rhonda:Yup! Kiddie toothbrushes and kiddie toothpastes!
I think Kodomo does a whole lot of good in encouraging li'l ones to start brushing their teeth early. Their toothpastes are a really great idea - smells delicious, tastes pretty good, and are harmless if swallowed. Ah well, anything that encourages the children to brush their teeth!
