That I haven't. Last romantic comedy I watched was Just Like Heaven. It was so nice! forrest gump was a simpering pathetic pandering and an insipid "feel good" movie which only redeeming quality was the soundtrack which spoke more about that time than anything else... gump was a moron who was born with a horseshoe shoved up his ass so far that you could see it when he opened his mouth... strangely, it showcased what is prevalent in the US now: Ignorance is Bliss.. which is why the US is in such dire straits now, and they don't know that they are in such dire straits coz they're ignorant...
Sensele.. uhh.. Sleepless.. was so hyped, so gushed over, i attempted to watch it and fell into a deep sleep... it was THAT boring...

I also love to have the occasional dose of really sappy 'luv-u-deep-deep-come-what-may' movies!
But then again, what's so surprising about us loving both extremes? Afterall, we're Scorpios! *claw kiap-kiaps!
And, btw, I have fallen asleep whilst eating halfway before, in hospital and at home. Happened when I was very tired because of my rostered shifts and I was eating alone. But nothing beats my ex-colleague, who nodded off to sleep whilst eating breakfast with her family at McD's after her night duty and promptly fell asleep onto her pancakes!! 
She said she awoke with a start to find butter and maple syrup on her nose and cheeks! -

The thing that irritates me to no end about Hanks is how he feels that having starred in a blockbuster WWII film ('Saving Ryan's Privates') has made him an "authority figure" on all things related to that era, to the extent that he felt compelled to produce and direct 'Band of Brothers.' I viewed some of the extras on the BoB DVD, including an interview with him in which he was recounting how it must have felt to have been a US soldier in Europe after D-Day. if couples are not allowed to disagree over something as trivial as movies, the relationship isn't really strong, is it?
besides, put those movies beside truly romantic movies like Casablanca and True Romance, you will notice that they are pandering and insipid -
Well, I basically skipped his interview although the interviews with the actual vets like Winters were good.
