perhaps some may call it fate, or destiny, or karma... i look at it as the consequences and results of choices i made..
maybe we think too much, so go out there and live
fate or destiny or karma, i wish you all love, i wish you all happiness, in this our journey through life
We make our own choices, governed by free will. We may be "fated" to go through certain things, but what we experience in our daily lives will become our destiny. We are what we imagine ourselves to be.
We let our dreams and ambitions take us where we want to be; because these dreams are what motivates us to reach for the impossible. Having dreams is only the first step, yet the most essential - to being and becoming. Our dreams (the cause) will trigger our desire (the effect), pushing us further than we ever would've thought we are capable of.
With every choice we make, we are taking a risk in one way or another. Let me place it very simply. Metaphorically speaking - when you are given a rope, you can either choose to use it to climb that seeming impossible building... OR you can choose to use it as a noose. What we choose determines our future life. We are the creators of our own destiny.
As for experience, with every setback due to a previous choice, we become wiser. As we age, we go through more and more choices - and we would've made many wrong decisions, and as many life enhancing ones. Without making the choice (the cause), we will never find out the outcome (the effect)! That was what my original post mentioned, albeit in a very roundabout and confusing way. For that, I apologise.
Regardless of how we view fate, destiny and its effect on our lives, I've always believed that what we choose to do today - WILL somehow influence what happens tomorrow. Let your dreams die, and you will just simply be a lifeless, empty shell. Keep your dream alive, and everything may be a little more within our reach.
...and I wish you all of the above as well.
