how to survive in Office without playing "GAMES"???

frankly, I need advice on this quicktime.
got a new female colleague who just joined. She got the boss's ear and is slowly "playing games".
My principle is "work performance rules", but this has been shot to piece by this "new itch with the big B". She just cut you down like trees...
And my only path seems to play "games" back, but how to do that while she has got the boss's ear. For example, calling our boss more than 10times a day.
Please assist. -

i really don't know coz i'm immune to people who play coz i am not ambitious, i just do my job and after a while, the "office politicians" stop with me.. -

Not all bosses are blind. Being such a bitchy backstabber, she will soon alienate the others and the boss will notice. -

Simple. Just stay out of the politics and do whatever you're expected to do.
Being a nice guy can work wonders for yourself.

In brief, the Blitzkrieg strategy included the following features:
1 -Combine land and air assaults to maximise destruction to enemy positions.
2 -Use paratroopers to secure important positions behind enemy lines.
3 -Strike fortifications hard and decisively with artillery, air raids or paratrooper assaults: whichever is most appropriate to the location.
4 -Strike quickly and decisively on land using mechanised divisions.
5 -Support mechanised assault with close air support from fighter bombers.
6 -Draw enemy attention to areas through feigning assaults in areas: thus reducing resistance in the primary intended area of assault.
7 -Assaults to work in pincer movements, encircling enemy forces and forcing subjugation due to lack of supplies.

its important to be on good terms with your boss as it does affect your own morale. its not easy to genuinely like your boss but do make an effort to know him better on a personal level.
