How to update address online huh?!

  You may also have to check if the new address is reflected in the voting registrar...

  Click "Check Registrar"... unfortunately link is down right now, hopefully it'll work when you try later

  not voting at my new place East Coast GRC
  but still need to vote at Ang Mo Kio GRC
