Soya milk is good. I ate a lot of ginko nuts with barley, steam eggs & birds nest soup during my pregnancy. My daughter was born very healthy, seldom fall sick. Do not diet but at the same time eat healthy food.
I remember my wife making sure she actually ate meat... she doesnt like meat to ensure her iron and vitamins level from red meat was sufficient.
i think after pregnancy, the diet's very important too... cos the nutrients and all that will be passed to the kids via breast feeding.
think i'm this sickly becos i didn manage to get breast milk last time

Thats why smoking, drinking and any drug usage is never a good thing.
Folate is supposed to help the babies nervous system and brain to develop correctly... you can consume a lot of bananas or but the the tablets. LOL naturally buy the tablets lol
