Anger - what heats u up????

  yeah.. since i can't stand Brand's Chicken Essense, i've got about an armoury of knives, swords, axes and other assorted things sticking outta my back...

  Work has it's bad moments, but I seldom get really angry over work... maybe because I'm not committed enough :p I tend to think that work is just work, it's nothing personal, & not worth getting upset over it..
  
  I do get very angry when people disappoint me, when they can't keep to their promises ... think the anger is fueled by bitter disappointment LOL
