Theme parks. Name your faves?

With summer around the corner, it's time to visit theme parks. Anyone heading overseas for a vacation? Name your faves? Which ones are you dying to visit?
I'm dying to visit Soak City USA. I've always loved water parks. -
knotts berry farm..there's a ride called the monti zuma revenge or something like that..been there when i was young, uber fun..

Now you've reminded me. I've been on that ride too. BIG MISTAKE. After I got off, I was so nauseous, I had to sit still for 20 minutes just to get my land legs back. i dunno.. i've not travelled much... could be the lack of a Mrs Bear.. but then, if i had a Mrs Bear, anywhere would be an adventure! 
i kinda liked the 3 worlds at the gold coast.. saying that, it's the other theme park i've been to other than the genting highlands one -

Aiyah, no need to have a Mrs Bear to justify visiting theme parks. I visited parks in California on a 3-month solo backpacking trip when I was 23. I met another solo backpacker while at Disneyland in Anaheim and we stuck together for the entire time we were there. -
im a traditionalist. It has to be the original Disneyland in Anaheim.

Talk about this park. I was 23 when I first visited this park. After months of saving up, I took 3 months off work and went solo. When we moved here, I wanted to visit Disneyland again. Oh my goodness, sooooo many changes!!! And soooo crowded! What was funny was, I had always always always compared the Tokyo one to the one here. When I finally visited the Anaheim one last November, I found myself comparing it to the one in Tokyo. -

i only been to orlando one. aiyoh, coach tour some more. jia lat. from torlongto to orlando, two days travelling ah. the coach got ah umh and ah pek. they didn't take the rides, i don't know why they go. but tour leader was very good.

if u go by yourself, you wanna stay in the hotel close to the parks. there's that mgm, epcot centre and don't know what. i was there in '97 lah. and then coincide with fourth of july some more. wah seh, the fireworks was fabulous.
actually, you know many canadians are snow bird in florida right? so many promo about getting apartments or time share thingy. so if you go listen in to one of them seminar, you get free passes. these passes already cost over US$200 per person!!!! but i don't go for such freebies lah. no such energy. -

i just went to the one in orlando less than a month ago, all in all, if you are looking for roller coasters, and etc, then disneyland is not for you. my favourite theme park would be six flags because it has awesome coasters.

there is one in the state of new york. very close to border of niagara, ontario but i've never been. -
