which gym do you go to?

  i go to fitness-plus. nothing fanciful, but do get a good workout.

  If you are willing to pay installment scheme and sign for 1 year or more... 70 dollars a month can easily get u into PF and Cali.

  You go Clubfitt gyms and get membership for $360 a year=$30 per month.The facilities are the same as those poser gyms such as Cali..What do you think?

  Clubfit gyms are super crowded... wait so long...
  
  Cali is crowded. PF is not too bad....
  
  Also, if you into group exercise. downtown club membership includes grp exercise.

  There's a few Fitness First gyms in Singapore too... wonder what they're like! Has anyone been there?

  PF has at least 5 locations. Suntec, Parkway Parade, Far East Sq, Caltax house and Great world.
  
  not sure how many location FF has? 3? 1st Georeg, capital tower, paragon?
  
  i had been to the one at capial tower and paragon..
  
  i find the capital tower one to be too small, but their pool is nice.
  
  The paragon's location is perfect. the ppl there dress very well also.
  
  I was there at FF for trial only. Was a PF member..... i think PF's give better value then FF.
  
  FF is newer andlooked more posh, but their membership very expensive.

  I don't do weight-training and stick to my jogging/cycling routine.

  Just out of curiousity.. how much is FF membership over there? It's about $80 per mth here.
