You know the chinese chilled pork dish where you cook the pork with bones till the collegen comes out or something so that it hardens up like a jelly when you stuff it in the fridge

your rays arent that dangerous right?Originally posted by elindra:Helicoptor for hamster?
I want a big pond for me to rear stingrays and I can push my enemy down to swim with the rays
Well, they are nice and peaceful, just make sure your hand is not itchy enough to touch their spine (sting). It is very poisonous and you can die from the sting especially if you are allergic to it as it is a protein-based venom.Originally posted by laurence82:your rays arent that dangerous right?
I seeOriginally posted by elindra:Well, they are nice and peaceful, just make sure your hand is not itchy enough to touch their spine (sting). It is very poisonous and you can die from the sting especially if you are allergic to it as it is a protein-based venom.
Btw the spine can pierce through the bone, and even if you use your bare hands to just pick up the shedded spine, you can feel your hand tingling for the whole day according to a fellow hobbyist who had itchy fingers to pick it up with his bare hands

Now i know the evil purpose of you rearing them rays
All hail supreme evil
Some pet shops have them but they are a pain to rear coz everytime they grow big, you have to make sure you have a shell that fits them if not they dieOriginally posted by the Bear:say.. does anyone know where to buy those little land hermit crabs?
they're cute
