oh damn i think i can feel an ulcer coming up in my mouth.
anyway, maybe it costs more because it the long aircraft that's activated.
usually the chao keng tekong boys will cause the short one to be activated. -

here's the stupid thing alot of people don't know. whenever some aircraft that's gonna land will have trouble with their landing gear, we'll be activated.
and that's pretty often.
the chopper will fly there and wait for the problem aircraft to crash. but if the landing gear is alright, the chopper fly back.
its funny how all this isn't known to the military enthusiasts. when they know what's real, they'll probably be less enthusiastic.
the aircraft is just a machinary, if you think cars break down often... well the same happens to an aircraft. only thing is that, no one knows unless you're in there. -

i think commercial flights don't really have this problem.

My hubby have serviced some planes (non-SIA) that he is surprised that other engineers can pass it to fly as it's like an accident waiting to happen.
Some the fuel tank is so corroded that the fuel might just leak out one day

See that recent bus 154 bang onto the cherry picker case... The contractor did not put safety barricade on the left lane, actually such cases happen bef, but no accident has occured yet -

I read somewhere that used commercial planes are damm cheap ..... can be as low as a hundred thousand for a boeing ... it's the maintenance that'll kill you ....
many budget airlines just get used planes from full-service airlines .... -

Haha that day he wanted to stay up to watch dunno what match coz he placed a bet with Singapore Pools. Think the match was at 2am or something and he even bought snacks etc to stay up late.
He was in bed by 11pm -
