I have never eaten better lor mee than the one sold in the Mindef (Gombak Base) canteen (ground floor). They sold it only once a week. these days, cut down already.. about 3 cups per day.. as compared with about one an hour in the past -

i used to dislike lor mee
it was during my time in ACJC when the lor mee can give you tummy runs
and they dont add vinegar
after eating one at Tuas last time, shiok, i am hooked onto lor mee -
