Oh yeah! The workload's heavy but then again, that's a worldwide phenomenon due to the nursing shortage everywhere!Originally posted by LazerLordz:School's starting soon, and I'm still alive.
How's work? I heard your shift duties aren't too bad?
I willOriginally posted by Rhonda:elindra!!!!
When you renew your P-membership, don't forget to renew mine as well, can? Please, pleeeeeeeese!
I forgot to do just that because I kinda left in a bit of a hurry. I wanted to do so but I only got my Visa in hand the day before I flew off and prior to that, I didn't really think I would actually leave that week so I didn't get to do all that I wanted to do.
Me gib u a treat when I return, okie? Xie xie! *smiles very very sweeeetly!

The nursing salary here's capped at Year 9 rates (unless you move on to management or what-not). So, what most of my colleagues who've reached the ceiling do is, they earn enough to work just three days a week on a 12-hour shift and they get the rest of the week off!!
That's what a few of them do and I really can't wait till I reach their level, man!
There's so much flexibility here! You can be part of a nurse bank and choose how many days you work at what times, or join a nursing agency and enjoy the same flexibility!
Really good for family life or for the singles, a good, healthy lifestyle!
yes I am.Originally posted by Rhonda:Oh yeah! The workload's heavy but then again, that's a worldwide phenomenon due to the nursing shortage everywhere!
I like how we are asked to plan our shifts! We usually get what we request for too! And, best of all, I don't have to work night shifts anymore! Whoooopeeeee!!!
Good that you're alive... but are you enjoying every breath that you take?
Actually he is backOriginally posted by Rhonda:Xie Xie!!
Sorry that I got you at a busy time the other day! I still feel berry pai seh about it!
So... when should I try again? I know he'll be back tomorrow, right?
Hanor!! And one of them comes to work and always chwei1 niu2 (blows cow?!!!) that she likes to work hard when she's at work and give it her best and when I realised that she only works 3 x 12 hours a week, I was thinking, blardy hell, BUT OF COURSE you're motivated! Imagine, working three freakin' days nia and your bills get paid, and then some! She lives in a townhouse and has a car too, btw! Sweeet, man! I hope that in a few years' time, I attain nirvana... oops, I mean, end up like her!Originally posted by elindra:That's so nice
so much free time
Still not too late to gai3 hang2, y'know!Originally posted by InnoHippo:walao ....... too bad I'm not a nurse
Was that the day I called you?Originally posted by elindra:Actually he is back
That stupid Chris lied to me
He was back on Friday and he hid himself and nearly gave me a heart attack!!!!
I told him I will drop down dead at his feet if I had a weak heart. I mean how do you expect me to react when I'm not expecting you to be home and you hide somewhere and go BOO

Nope you called me on Thursday nightOriginally posted by Rhonda:Was that the day I called you?
Well, once I complete my contract, I can opt to change my employment terms and choose how many days I'd like to work and all that! I'll keep to my 5-day week for now because I want to save up for a car, then an apartment / townhouse. Xian1 Ku3 Hou4 Tian2!Originally posted by Wanda:
