  its ok to NOT stick to those strict diet rules.
  cos if u always stick to it, it will drive you crazy and its more likely that you will give up half way and binge.

  Nah, someone just passed me the dvd. I know the movie tanked in the States, and I thought the reason for it tanking was Sharon looking showing off her now 48 year old body. But dang! She looks amazing!!
