okay... just got word that some asswipe at work has foreseen a shitstorm.. but instead of preventing it, the asswipe is going to plan a HUGE service recovery programme instead...
prevention is as simple as making an official statement and managing expectations...
service recovery involves devoting a huge number of people to placade the angry and rabid hordes.. and the result would still be a whole lot of complaints and anger...

i stopped after a while
now i gotta merge 2 bloody things i wrote about the same thing.. one about how to go about it, the other about statistics needed...
both of them are necessary but i'm stumped as to how to merge them...
the big question i should ask is "why the hell am i doing this when it should be the people who are there who should do this? " -
They should have a motto for that place, like how about
"The glass is half-empty"
I know that there are some things seriously wrong with our gabrahmen and the way it goes about making policies but letting it get to you, to the point of near foaming at the mouth, is just silly. -
