Nata De Coco!

  Was just munching on my nata de coco when I suddenly realised I have NO idea what its made of.. i just LURVE its chewy texture so addictive!!!!
  
  So I surfed the net and am amazed to find that it is an INDIGENEOUS TRADITIONAL FILLIPINO DESSERT!

  i know it's from phillipine but have no idea what it's made of, thanks for the info!
  
  used to order a bowl of it from the dessert stall in the hawker centre and they just call it fee li ping not nata de coco

  Nata de coco is high in fiber, good for the digestive system, and it is low in calories and contains no cholesterol.
  
  If they didn't add so much sugar in it I'd eat more of it.
