this lady in another forum tried and she really got boy..
could be just coinicidence..
i prefer a girl though, although they say boy tends to stick more to mother. -

Personally, I would prefer a girl because I can dress her up like a doll and I think that girls tend to be closer to the parents whereas sons tend to pay more attention to his wife and family once he gets married
SO prefers a boy not because of the olden idea of 'carrying on the family name' but because he says he will be less worried and he doesn't think that he can handle the idea of a guy touching his little girl when he grows up

2. no need to serve NS i.e. financially independent 2 years earlier than boys.
3. graduate from U and start working earlier than boys.
4. more filial piety. will give parents allowances willingly.
5. if taught correctly, more obedient than boys. -
