Here's Federation Square! It's pretty new and I heard from the news one night that the Victorian Govt is trying to make Federation Square an 'in' landmark and have it be associated with Melbourne the way the Sydney Opera House represents Sydney.

How much is the rental in melbourne?
When i was in perth, my rent was A$150 per week. -

I somehow love this photo very much!
I took this during a Buddha Day celebration in Federation Square. They had erected tents along the walk by the river and were selling lots of food, including Asian food, there and I snapped this shot of a few people sitting by the bench tucking into their food whilst a few seagulls kept vigil! -

The rental in my area would be about A$180 per week onwards. This area is pretty near town so the rental is higher. I heard from colleagues that if you move out to the suburbs that are about 20 mins' drive or longer away from town, the rent can go down to about A$140 or so per week.Originally posted by Deportivo:How much is the rental in melbourne?

The thing that attracted me to this apartment was its huge windows in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom! (And yeah, the frosted glass window in the bathroom is huge too! ) The entire apartment is very bright and breezy! I love to leave the main door open (with the screen door locked, of course! ) and just enjoy the breeze!
I've looked at several other apartments that were dingy-looking and very dim and miserable... and I loved this one the best! -

Are you sure the bathroom's glass window is not see through?
