Let's see... I had stir-fried garlic shoots (with the flowers intact) with oyster mushrooms, tofu and preserved soya beans + my na2 shou3 hao3 cai4, Spicy Prawns!

they're readily available in the supermarkets..
btw, i think there is a mushroom which actually causes lactic acid buildup or something.. causes backache.. not sure if it's abalone mushroom or something... -
