  Take the train to Melbourne Central. Come out of Melbourne Central on the Elizabeth Street side and turn right (do not cross the road). Head down the street and turn right at the third traffic light, and 87 should be about 100 metres down the road.

  if you go to domain.com.au, the cost indicated is usually for example 200 per week, and then theres also the bond's cost Is it true that the bond's cost is what we will be paying per month?

  For rent, multiply by 52 and then divide by 12, so that's $867 per month. Bond is usually one month's rent.
  
  As for bills, it all depends on the appliances in the house, as well as the season. If you have gas for heating, hot water and the kitchen stove, you'll be OK. Avoid electric as much as you can!
