  Hi Bear,
  
  Back injuries cant be taken lightly... thou haven hav slip disc b4 (touchwood), did have some back injuries due to work in the recent yrs n the pain really "kills" me... cant even walk straight for 2 wks...
  
  Pls take good care n go for specialist treament should there be a need...

  i have a lower back injury just sometime ago so i know how painful it can get,can't even walk normally for 3 weeks plus,thankfully it is now much better and i can resume my jogging but still it is not fully recovered yet.
  
  And yup,health is very very important,i just stepped into age 30 this year and only after these 8-9 years where i have neglected my health with no exercise and eating junk food,how much my body condition has detoriated.So now i am eating much more healthly and exercising again after all these years,it feels good.
