the dude was good actually... each time i get a new physio, he or she does something else which dramatically improves my mobility or relieves some pain..
this time the dude elevated the angle of the bench and then pushed some part of the sore back.. hurt like a &*#$ in the beginning but after a while, the pain was significantly lessened and i can move about more
then i got put on the torture rack and then electrocuted -
