the toaster noise doesn't scare me but the telephone does when i'm at the computer...it could be any time of day, it's abt 45cm away and when it rings it scares the crap out of me.Originally posted by Fatum:Okie ... hur hur hur ... this is lame .... but I'm just rambling at 5am ..... so .....
who gets a shock every morning from the bread toaster ? ....
when ever I pop my bread slices into the toaster, I'll go puttering around getting the milk and peanut butter ready, and every single time, the sudden noise of bread jumping out of the toaster would give me a mini fright every time .....
anyone else get this toaster fright too ? .....
It's a great wake-up shock though .... better than coffee ...

Yes it can. Just tip the toaster over on its side so the bread slices remain horizontal inside the slots.Originally posted by jetta:Even so, a toaster can't make cheese toast.
