  fat = "a lot of" in this context
  
  btw, today, i decided enough was enough... so i took my belt and cut about 15cm off so that it can actually function as a belt instead of making my pants drop even more from the weight

  sadly, a lot of muscle mass was lost because the loss of weight came from not eating and sleeping a lot...
  
  i am in no condition to exercise
  
  unfortunately, there's also a lot of flab still left..
