  The most depressing episode I remember is about a woman who has NEVER gone without makeup in front of her husband. I remember crying when I watched it.. its just so bloody sad. Err.. could be PMS too. Can't remember..

  maybe she thinks she's not pretty enough. Common enough affliction. Make up for many women is a mask.
  
  Its worse when she... during the episode was stripped of all her make up... and of course she WILL look paler and less chio right? Then in front of all the audience, the hubby took one look at her and said he preferred her with makeup on.
  
  so there goes her fragile ego.

  btw, the giant cans are bought at the warehouse sales weekly on Saturdays at Ben Foods.. somewhere in Pandan i think...

  when u see these people in videos in their homes without make up, they look terrible, but once on Oprah show, they look so diff

  oh oh.. they also sell the little cups of yogurt if you like.. they're like those small cups of ice cream where they give you a wooden stick/scoop thing.. just enough for little child...

  but i don't really need it so i don't drink or eat the stuff.. only when i am on a course of antibiotics that i take a lot of the stuff.. which i hate

  however, if got other types of problems, they have this powdered stuff which helps patch up the stomach walls or something..
