That Dhoby Ghaut bus lane nonsense is pretty simple
The bus stop and Oldham Lane (Access road to Plaza Sing via Handy Rd) is abt 70m, the dotted lane is from the start of the bus stop boundary to the junction...
But as they are often buses at the bus stop car drivers usually wait if the bus is abt to leave, that's where the traffic wardens come and 'book'...
