I am very sensitive to the word 'short', BTW.
Fret not, there are chapters on what makes the car run for those who are starting from scratch.Originally posted by Rhonda:But... but... how can I 'progress' to Auto Repair if I don't even know the parts and what they're for?
I'm not too young! I'm going to be double two soon.Originally posted by fishiotherapy:OMG, you shouldn't be reading this, too young for you....

It's about how the US itself is the epitome of state sponsored terrorism.
Indeed so. If you bomb a restaurant, you are a terrorist. But if you bomb an entire neighborhood, you're the "Only superpower that the world trusts".
If you use bombs you're a terrorist. If you drop bombs with your air force you're not.
If you make or possess WMD (weapons of mass destruction), you're a terrorist, unless of course if you're the US, you can have WMD and also use depleted uranium.
Terrorists commit acts that "shock the sensibilities of the US". But of course, what the terrorists are doing to the US / English speaking nations (i.e. US, UK and Australia) can be compared to that of person A pinching away at B while B comes at A with a knife.
Enough said. Some are more equal that others.

Very many thanks in advance! Those motivational self-help books are very popular these days. Perhaps what we are buying is a dream or hope. I don't deny there is a few genuine gems among them. I favour instructional ones over motivational. Just my 2 cents. Add salt where neccessaryOriginally posted by the Bear:whoever wants books, i'm more than willing to lend them mine
btw, those "self-help" books are usually for the enriching of the author and publisher, not much else

Although this is the 2nd book in the Little Fur series, it was this book that piqued my curiosity about the series in the first place.
I saw this special little red velvet-covered book in my favourite bookstore in town and had to pick it up! When I read the synopsis, it was magical!
I'm going to savour this book slowly, because I think the 3rd installment has not been released yet!
Ok. Finished reading. Like all his other books, this one will surely touch your heart as well.Originally posted by Rhonda:Oh! The latest book by him? How do you find it so far? Tell us when you've finished reading it, what you think of the book!
