  My friend sucessfully complained about his unit MO and CO before (he was doing NS in airforce)

  i gave up...
  
  i just turn up for my reservist and the S1 will say the same thing to me "eh! why you still here?"
  
  my same reply, "you the S1 and you ask me why i here?"
  
  then i go to the bunk and sleep for 2 weeks

  But my friend's case was more serious.
  He seriously injured his back in an accident before and they wanted to send him for re-course BMT despite his medical history (bastard SAF MOs) so he appealed to his MP fearing permanent paralysis. His CO wanted to charge him for going outside the chain of command but the MP letter already sitting in his office he also lan lan. The MO was shitting bricks.

  sometimes, those idiots in the military are so cloistered in their little world, they don't know what the hell is going on... just like my friends' units... they're infantry...
  
  reservist, cannot carry camera phone...
  
  take what picture? M16? GPMG? foxhole?
  
  then this takes the cake... their stupid signal sets never work, all comms done via personal mobile phone..

  well, we do have a few people here who were "life sentences" in the military... those who will stay in the military as occifers if the military lets them...
  
  i think the military didn't want them anymore and now they come here to make our lives difficult
  
  still remember one D&D... "hey.. is that XXX's wife? she looks sedated"
  
  the immediate response was "man, if you were his wife, you'd be on drugs too!"

  I got booked by MP(Military Police) for wearing dilapitated shoes(the no. 3 kind) before. I explained that its been less than 6 months since I got them so I cannot exchange them(I tried). Then they tell me to go find a new pair by hook or by crook. I refused and things were getting nasty until my officer finally intervened and got me my kit exchange. The no.3 shoes are really crappy quality.

  can't believe i woke up tired..
  
  now at work, before i start looking through a mess of stuff, my leg is feeling very achy
  
  good thing i got half a day off today...
  
  oh well... enough of woes.. it's thursday! one more day to friday! and i've got tomorrow off to go do some wedding rehearsal thing for my friend's wedding
