  i am.. in many ways..
  
  the ability to write stuff and put stuff together really quickly from scratch is lacking in most units of my organisation...
  
  today, due to the speed of my recovery and that others can help me move stuff so i don't need to carry heavy things, the big boss was relieved that i said okay to not asking for a transfer..
  
  actually, i did it so my colleague in here, stuck at this post for the past 7 years, can get a transfer.. she's had enough of this post and is itching to move off to other places.. i'm just dying to settle at one branch for a while, been moved around too much... i think in my 10 years at this job, i've held the most types of jobs among the same lot who were recruited at the same time..
  
  my boss is also due for a transfer.. her rank say she should not just be a head of a little branch like mine..
  
  damn... looks like i got to learn everything because i'll be the only one left here with any experience.. and i've got precious little
  
  and av, are you going to sell your kidney and part of your liver for that?

  sadly, in order to conduct the due diligence which the public insist we practice, we have bureaucracy... a crapload of it..
  
  and then they complain about that the bureaucracy slows everything down... which if we omit, they'll scream that we don't conduct our due diligence
  
  if i was in a private company, this project would be finished by now, instead of mired in this crapload of paperwork
