GM has a baby girl recently and he had been tied up with work. Thing is we know each other irl so we cover for each other. touch wood. actually for us the warriors do all the work. on a good day we have 8 warriors. we got 4-5 v v good hunters. as for our mages... well, a few good ones and a few needs improvement. the strength of my guild is in the healers and the raid leader. we got solid healers
We have good raid leaders too, but not enough. We need a few more and there are some members volunteering for the job so it's ok.
We have good warriors and healers and I can say I'm darn proud of my mages. One of them is a RL too. Our hunters is sorely lacking though We tried recruiting but no luck so far for good hunters. -

Our guild is small too. We try to keep it small so people don't have to fight for loots. Your guild is more on then mine. We meet up but not so often and usually I'm the more piloting the aeroplane
