Your Christmas Dinner Menu :P

Ok, this might be a bit early but I'm already planning the Christmas Dinner menu. Christmas is a huge affair for my SO's family and I enjoy it anyway. So far, I have decided to cook the following:
1. Oxtail Stew
2. Orange Glazed Roast Duck
3. Bread Pudding / Mashed Potatoes
4. Honey Baked Ham (mine's flavored with beer
)
5. Salad - Not decided what kind yet
6. Appetizer dish - Not decided yet
7. Christmas Fruit Cake - Not sure if I should bake this or something else
8. Deviled Eggs
I'm also thinking if I can get out of the rut and bake some cookies for X'mas if I'm not feeling too lazy.
Do you guys have anything planned for your X'mas dinner yet? -
what about Christmas Log Cake instead of the fruit's?

Nobody to cook for me..................
Usually I just buy a whole roast chicken or something and consume it all by myself. Then down enough alcohol to knock me out.
...and yes. I live a pathetic life -
I'll be doing the same this year .....
18 bottles of beer plus chinese take out sounds good .....

We don't celebrate Christmas
But usually we go to a restaurant for some Christmas fare -
Our big dinner is always on Christmas Eve with maternal relatives. On Christmas Day evening we eat the leftovers from lunch with paternal relations.
But I won't be doing all that this year.
Only a quick Christmas Eve dinner with them before I go to the airport.
Turkey, roast lamb, pork rolls, plenty of bread, salad and soup usually feature.

The usual stuff: honey-glazed ham, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, apple pie, green bean casserole, mixed greens and home made bread. Everything except the ham will be from scratch.
Each year I also bake Christmas cookies and send a box to each family member and close friends. This is the most fun part of the holiday season which I thorougly enjoy. Yo MG and streamie, *wink wink*. Address lai hor. -

Deviled eggs are really hard-boiled eggs where you cut them into halves and you mix the yolk with spices and dressings like mayo and mustard and stuff it back into the egg whites -

Christmas dinner will be at my Sister's house this year...I assume it'll be traditional fare:
turkey or ham...possibly both but that doesn't happen often
stuffing
mashed potatoes and gravy
corn
string beans or peas
cranberry sauce...nvr touch the stuff
sweet potatoes
fruit salad
rolls/bread
pumpkin pie
the best thing will be getting up at the crack of dawn Christmas morning and seeing what Santa brought me. ....actually, we open presents on Christmas Eve. -
