  while most of the contingent are at One Fullerton for drinks now, i'm dropping in to say that i'm sorry i could only turn up then and cannot join you for drinks...

  The folks will need to check in roughly 3 or 4 hours prior to their flights.
  
  So they should be hanging around the airport for 4 hours at least.
