  why would anyone want a PS3 now is beyond me... perhaps for bragging rights?
  
  the first run is plagued with bugs...
  
  a whole host of PS2 and PS1 games can't run on the thing and Sony is frantically making modifications to it..

  I'm so tempted to buy the PS2 Slim version and the Nintendo... what's that called... the double-screen thingy that's kinda like the GBA? Also the slim version!

  Usually there would be a massive post Christmas sale at the end Dec. Compare prices around town. Remember to keep your receipts. You might want to claim your tax returns on your purchase. Claim it as “Office Equipment” or “Work Equipment”.
