lol. too bad, really. Please note that none of the service providers are perfect. There're bound to be glitches here and there. Take it in your stride.
Oh; by the way, everyone in Singapore should attend customer service workshops at least once in their life. So that they'll realized what kinda customers have they been (if you're a nasty one).
Sadly; the phrase 'customer is king' doesn't really exist in the modern world. Don't be deluded. Actually, those telcos would regard such customers - even you and me as total idiots when (some of us)-
1. we do not understand good english or to say the least; singlish, or even mandarin.
2. We're not 'hi-tech' enough.
3. we 'gian peng gian sai'; cheapo bargains, free gifts, vouchers, etc.
4. we're so f*ckin' dumb as to not understand their simple cliches.
5. We rave, shout at them and in the end, instead of 'em helping us solve our problems; it backfired and the problem still stays.
6. We think they f*ckin' low-class idiots and treat 'em like dirt when in fact, we are idiots ourselves and have to stoop so low as to ask such low-class people for help/assistance.
7.' We vent our anger and frustrations on 'em, when in fact; it doesn't do anybody any good at all.
8. we're scolding 'em when in fact it's the management/company's fault.
9. we expect good service when i bet you do not even know what is being polite; you lack manners or rather no manners at all.
10. mutual respect is non-existent.
Be nice to everyone; those poor customer service officers/relations (CSOs or CSRs) are helping you, and you're not the only sole customer. And if you threaten to terminate your svc with either ST, M1 or SH - by all means. They wouldn't give a f*ck.
If you boycott any shops (referring to candy empire hoo-haa); go ahead. No one would give a f*ck on losing customers who are so full of themselves, so demanding and deluded (customer is king - entrenched in their minds). Losers! So stop complaining!
