I actually booked a stay at the Davis Bangkok in their Deluxe Room for about a 100 bucks a night and my customer in Bangkok didn't believe me at all till I showed them the bill
Even my principal company was like how did you get this posh place so cheaply -

and teethin kids eat different stuff from adults... its porridge porridge n porridge... unless u cook sth different
and diapers? unless u wanna use those cloth diapers...
and cloth diapers means ur washing machine run at least 1 time everyday for diapers only.. tts what happened at home.... last time when my kid sis was born.. -

I paid once for a so-called 'better' backpacker's lodge in Sydney and bloody hell the bed is full of BED LICE. Doesn't need to be fancy - but MUST be clean. So since flushing toilet fits into clean category - I guess good toilets are a must.
Once I went chiangmai.. the toilet was outdoors type in kampong.. its not DIRTY in the 'dirt' sense of the word but close to nature lah. and well.. good thing I found out much later, the cement 'square' container thing we use to store the tap water to bath.. right at the bottom is full of earth worms. -

breast-feeding is good and healthy ... especially now that studies have shown that breast-feed kids are smarter and healthier ...
porridge == rice mah ...
porride, fish, eggs, lots of tonics ... little fatums will have no expenses spared ...
as for diapers, I don't think need that much lah ... my parents told me that all three of us got off diapers so quickly that they still had left over stock from the baby shower gifts ....
really ... I don't think kids are that expensive unless you make them out to be ... -
