Them Aussie blokes sure know how to have fun!Originally posted by Rhonda:Oh, blokes like that, a dime a dozen over here. Booze and sex, that's their lifestyle here, basically!
Oh, to some, it's Booze, Sex AND Drugs. And to others, Booze, Sex, AND Sloth.
So, basically, like one of my colleagues said, if you ain't prepared to hop into bed with the guy on the first date, or ok, some decency factored in, by the 5th date, you're history.
Yeah, sad but so true.Originally posted by elindra:

Sounds very similar to the Taiwan series. I remember watching them when I was young with my mum. But I do agree with you about the good looking actors/actress and beautiful sceneries.Originally posted by Rhonda:Korean movies can be quite draggy, to be frank. However, I'm always mesmerised by the very pretty actresses and the sometimes handsome male leads. The Korean sceneries can be nice to admire too!
Don't think I'll buy any Hong Kong or Japanese series in that shop cause it's way too costly.
Yeah.....but somehow this sticks in my memory. Its like English is not his first language or mother tongueOriginally posted by elindra:There are lots more by him

Help me with my work
Gosh, I cannot imagine getting married and having to run purchases I want to make by someone else, esp when I'm not financially dependant on him. I'm too much of a wild horsie!Originally posted by honeymouse:Sounds very similar to the Taiwan series. I remember watching them when I was young with my mum. Yes, the HK series are indeed very expensive that's why I left the shop empty handed today. Think I need to convince my hubby first before buying anything that expensive. He will kill me otherwise.....
how come i didn't get anything at melbourne?Originally posted by Rhonda:Yeah, sad but so true.
And in a country where the blokes get it so freely and easily and plentifully, the values remain such.
Eye-candy, plenty. But I shall stick to only feasting my eyes in this case.
my shift has been having fun slamming the management in their faceOriginally posted by Rhonda:Blardy what the )(*@!(#&*!@# hell is wrong with me lately?! Soooo many instances when I should have stood up for myself or said something back but what do I do? I blardy keep quiet and walk away like some darn idiot! What the hell is wrong with me?!!!!
And then, afterwards, for days, I will seethe!
What the hell is happening?! I've lost my thorns!

I think I'm still living in the shadows of the scare I had when I first started work here. Blardy make me lose my edge! I knew I should've approached the Union here then, and I can kick myself for not being more assertive then!Originally posted by kopiosatu:my shift has been having fun slamming the management in their face
we're labelled the most problematic shift.
See? What can I say? You're a bloke with good values!Originally posted by kopiosatu:first class too expensive

Tamade! Like what one colleague said, "You're now living in a democratic country! Fight for your rights!"
Anyways, I don't know how people take things quietly and just tolerate and Ren Ren Ren. I feel that it's eating into me already, and it's just been less than an hour since.
Yeah hor! I'm a minority here now!Originally posted by elindra:Maybe you can wave the race card around too
doesn't sound like it when i keep going back to thailandOriginally posted by Rhonda:See? What can I say? You're a bloke with good values!
I don't really bother with shouting matches anymore because to me they're not really of any use and a bloody strain on my blood pressure. I look for more effective ways of dealing with the people or situation. I managed to slam dunk an idiot at work without ever having to raise my voice. It involved giving him just enough rope to hang himself with.Originally posted by Rhonda:I think I'm still living in the shadows of the scare I had when I first started work here.
