  After hearing so many positive feedbacks about Bear's braised duck, I think Bear should consider a change of career, starting his own business selling braised duck dishes.

  actually, i wanted a fatter one.. but this was the best at the market...
  
  oh.. recipe can be used to braise goose too.. but i can't find a goose and i don't have a pot big enough for a goose

  I don't think we can get goose here in Oz, haven't seen one before. Even for ducks, it's hard to get a big one.
