  different types of meat...
  
  ducks and geese are not that far off... actually, braised goose tastes better according to mom... this is granddad's recipe...
  
  can't do the same thing with chicken.. and ostrich isn't very nice to eat
  
  and unlike the poultry we have, ostriches are ratite birds.. probably the meat is slightly different as they don't have proper attachments for "flight muscles", since they are totally flightless...

  Anyway, when Maya mentioned that the leftover tiramisu can keep for months, I was thinking, they're not likely to last even a week with me around

  U guys are so lucky!
  
  I am one day behind you guys.
  
  And all I had was a headache & chores.
  
  But the new day, we went to Palm Springs to some mountain. Took the Aerial Tramway and I finally got to experience below 10 degree celsius.
  
  And snow on the ground. Air was thin so I was yawning mostly.
  
  And we ate mexican all the way today. Last was at a good mexican fushion restaurant and they are good. Even manage to make the little gal finish one tortilla & 1/6 of a dish of crab cakes.
