Suggestions on things to bring/take (?) to a potluck party if you can't cook for nuts.
Rojak - remember to ask seller to separate gravy and the liao, then must provide for chilli and non-chilli eaters
Roast chicken, pork knuckles from cold storage/carrefour/and now Fairprice X'tra (AMK hub)
Good curry puff
Indian Rojak
Chicken wings from Tenderfresh
Wine
Dessert - e.g. cheesecake or nice kueh kueh
Otah
+ fruits, e.g. 1 whole watermelon, etc.
+ easy salad + salad dressing (needs a bit or preparation)
+ satay
Things not to bring:
You cha kueh aka you tiao (yes, it happened b4 )

i give a cheat recipe
can of Campbell's cream of mushroom
chopped up champignons from a can
toast
cheddar, mozzarella, monterey jack cheeses
cayenne pepper
method:
add champignons to undiluted soup from the can.. heat up gently so that everything becomes a thick gooey mess.. careful not to burn it...
toast 1 side bread... add a dollop of the stuff onto the toasted side of bread... cover with cheese (best to use the pre-sliced cheddar) and add the other grated cheeses on it...
toast gently until cheeses melt over
dust the top with cayenne pepper
cut up into triangles and serve... -
