  Nay it won't
  The splat will be too fast for the stonefish believe it or not
  Plus they about same size and come from same environment.

  It's not >< and it's really as long as you don't get caught
  I mean there are people who are keeping pacman frogs (I wish I bought one before the ban) though they are illegal to keep
  My turtle is no longer legal to purchase but I got it before the ban and as long as I don't attempt to sell it, I'm not breaking the law.
  Frogs are a fine line there
  I don't think they are going to do anything as long as it is not endangered or poisonous since frogs are sold as fish food

  You should look at my SO's friends look of horror to learn that the frogs are my hobby and not his
  
  Keep them in the hall or something
  They don't croak too and super quiet
  Oh, they eat their own skin when they shed. Kinda gross I think But it's amazing to see how acrobatic they are trying to remove the shedding while eating at the same time

  thing is, i like scorpions and tarantulas.. unfortunately, scorpions are considered "dangerous" while tarantulas, i'd not do anything to cause more harm to them in the wild.. it's gotten out of hand

  I wanted a scorpion too but ah well they are "dangerous"
  Closest thing is the stingray but they are alot of work and too sensitive
  Plus, there seems to be lots of chemicals in our water lately and the aquarium guy has been complaining that alot of fish die after a water change now ><

  Get the Zebra ones. They are really cool looking. Solid black with white stripes!
