Ang pows: how much have you collected/given so far?

As a kid, it was rare for my collection to hit $100 (stingy relatives?)
How much do people give these days? I remember getting many $2 packets. Rare was anything over that. So marrieds, how much have you given already? Singles, how much have you received so far? -
now at least must give 4 bucks

collected:$40, cuz grand passed away and relatives cant give.
I'm single, not married, cant give. -
I don't celebrate CNY. I'm not even Chinese.
But one of my dad's Chinese friends gave me $10 anyway. -

single but way too old to collect and have not gone to visit relatives anyway
besides, for the past many years, the $$ has been going to charity -
the amount seems to be getting lower every year
got about 80 bah.
and no gambling so cannot increase or decrease the amount -

taken...erm -
Have given about $1k... and I always remember to give to the cleaners who cleans the block (anyway, their pay is very miserable).....it really made them smile.

you all gave big denomination or to many kids in small denominations? how come ended up giving so much $$$? -
my mum gave up angpows like flyers...
