Y'know, living here, I've had a few facts jump out at me with great impact :
- We don't need to eat a lot each day to sustain ourselves, but we usually overeat by a lot!
- Eating out packs on the pounds very very quickly!
- Home-cooked food is delicious and comforting and much healthier.
- Walking everyday and / or doing other physical activities improves one's general fitness level.

Freedom! I've enjoyed great freedom from obsessing about weight and size ever since I came! No doubt I still have tons more to lose before I'm in my ideal BMI range but I'm too busy enjoying life and discovering about life here and improving on my life now to fret over size and weight nowadays.
If you join us for more outing, I'll make it my goal to improve your fitness level so don't worry.Originally posted by Rhonda:- Walking everyday and / or doing other physical activities improves one's general fitness level.

I was given a dozen of Crown Lager (Stubbies) and half a dozen of Cascade Lager (Stubbies) last Christmas by my subcontractor. I gave away a dozen to my brother-in-law and kept half a dozen to entertain occasional guests. Think I still have 3 left.
