And, I just can't get over the antics politicians will resort to in their frantic bid to identify with the public! I mean, seriously, how many of us here actually hip-hop? (Bear, you don't even try, what with your back!

Oh drats! It rained and was cloudy so I went to the market without bringing my sunnies along and now, it's so glaring!
The weather here is truly unpredictable! In the wee hours of the morn, it was winter-like, then the shower was autumn-like, after the rain, it was spring-like and now, it's summer! And I'm caught out unprepared - no sunnies and no sunscreen! -

The buffets are okay.
The onshore expedition are well.....just so so. Except for the Mexico Ensenada ATV tour I took. I was finally able to control a vehicle! YaY YaY! Yaa!
Drinks onboard was expensive, so I was prudent. The Duty Free was cheaper, but I didnt want to drink a whole bottle of drinks and there is no point buying it back to home cos no one at home is suppose to drink.
Brought some simple souvenirs only. I regretted not getting a Sombero Hat though, but my cash was heavil eaten up by the cruise phtographs.
they blady hell priced the pictures at $20/- a pic. And I took and paid for 4 pics till I saw the charge slips. I was like. "Frack! there goes my spending money"
Thankfully, because everything is soooo expensive, I didnt spend much cos I know I get better quality & cheaper stuffs back in Singapore.
however, at catalina island, I brought some stuffs that is very interesting.
T-shirt that change colour when radiated by normal sunlight. slippers that does the same but its so much cheaper then cannot change colour slippers back on board the ship (Must bring slippers! I should have brought along my fake crocs so its easier to go suana & steamroom!)
And ermmm....2 nail polish that change colours....& some hair clips that does the same.

Them colour-changing stuff are kewl! I've got a colour-changing mug at home that changes from white to pink when you pour cold drinks in it.
I've also got two fanciful coasters that illuminate and change colours when glasses are placed on them. Really kewl to use at night, when relaxing on the couch with a cold drink! -

Well, in the beginning, there were some problems at work. But it's like that everywhere you go. When you're new, sometimes, you'll be bullied until they get used to you and think that you're alright afterall, then they'll leave you alone and accept you as part of their gang.
Puppy, when you start your working life and don't get a smooth start, remember what I shared and don't get discouraged! This is just one of the little trials of life that we all have to go through. -

It was a ATV, All Terrain vehicle. 350cc. And they bring us to where the farms or wineries are, so we rode on Muddy Trails. Its not fast but good and nice enough to ride on going thru puddles and slopey Horses Riding grounds.
Its expensive at USD$99 for 3 hours. The same ole story about how cruise ship sub contract the onshore tours thingy....coupled with the wine tasting session.
there was suppose to be lunch provided, but all we got was cube of cheese on toothpick and a basket of tortilla chips, which is a ripoff. -

Yah...I went to www.delsol.com just now. I should have grabbed a lot more keychains and hair clips! But hey, in USA, they deliver! So I might just order some more.
Some of the prices online is cheaper then what I buy though. Maybe about 50 cents.
the slippers was cool, so was the nail colour. The sunglass is not worth the price so I exchanged it for more nail polish & a tshirt. I saw the online wan dont have the t-shirt design i brought at the shop.
And I regret now I didnt buy the tote bag. It was on sale at 1/2 price at the shop.... -
Good thing you can shop online and they do deliveries! Still not too late to buy whatever you wished you had but didn't.
