scrambled eggs with straw mushrooms and cajun bacon
get 2 eggs, beat well with half tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of milk.
blanch the straw mushrooms in boiling water.
heat saucepan on low, melt 1 tbsp of butter.
pour in the eggs, stir eggs around while cooking.
throw in the mushrooms, continue stirring until eggs are semi-solid, then remove from heat.
For the bacon, i used streaky bacon and rubbed cajun spices (can be bought in most supermarkets) thoroughly into the meat before frying. The spices really bring out a wonderful smell.
And i also added sliced cheddar cheese (cut from a block, not kraft singles) on top of the eggs and let it melt...damn nice.
And yes. I just cooked this for my girlfriend!!!
