Where to find good Dim Sum (Urgent! pls Help!!)

Does anyone know of a good place for dim sum dinner?
I need to find a such a place that is near bugis/city hall and can accommodate 10+ pple . The guest list includes Singaporeans, Indonesians, Fillipinos ( and a few really cute hunks
).
the dinner is TODAY. budget is 10+++.

the safest bet is tunglok at china square...but more than $10 -

Both serve excellent dim sum
but at your El-Cheapo budget, even hawker centre oso cannot get leh........... Cook your own instant noodles lah........ It's not what's being cooked, it's HOW you cook it and of course WHO is cooking it lah...... -

But the food is lousy.
Its the conveyor belt dim sum restaurant at Bugis Junction, not sure they are still there. The dim sum really cannot make it. But its S$10/- +++
Think its call 'I-Dim-Sum' or something. 2nd floor of the bugis junction mall near to the billy bombers.
And I think they have a branch at Esplanade Mall too. -
There is this nice place, nice warm decor, comfortable seating in a relaxed and romantic atmosphere.
I'll tell you if you take me too

err indoneisians? Some of them are muslim right? Not easy to find dimsum that is halal.

If not halal, Red Star at Chin Swee Road, Manhattan HOuse is not bad I guess.

so far i can only think of one place that suit budget - Mongkok Dim Sum at geylang lor 8/9. but i not v keen to go there leh

ya i guess so..
i ever went with my fren on a weekend, and it cost only $48 for 2 pax, after all the charges.
and one thing, we had buffet. lunch time of course more expensive.. but still.. i wun eat more than $20 leh.
