Staying in bed after you are awake

When i was younger I could laze in bed for hours. I would first open my eyes, realise it is only 7 am then roll around and go back to sleep till 12 or 1 or 2 or whatever.
But with age.. creeping up on me, I found that I have LOST THIS ABILITY!!!
It's horrible leh, if i laze in bed, I just end up having a bad headache. If anything wakes me up after 6.45 am (My usual waking time), I just can't sleep anymore. Even if I slept at 3 or 4 am...
So who can stay in bed WHOLE day type.. share technique lehh...
Sigh. Time 7.10 am. Woke up at 6.45 am. Today sch holiday dont even have to wake up sooo early.... -

And hor, if u wake up early, you know those uncles and aunties early early will be downstairs at void deck chit chat la, talking about grandchildren, play chess, chap ji kee..
but u see young peopel go school the face all havent wake up one.

I don't know, I just do it. My sleeping hours are rather irregular, especially so now.

my grandma is liddat...oni worse...
if she goes to bed. and someone wakes her up an hour or something later, she wont be able to go back to sleep for the rest of the night
i no have technique...once i wake up, unless im dead tired, i wont be able to fall asleep again... -

though of corse when i wake up i get a headache lah... -

i've lazed in bed for the whole weekend before.. getting up only for essentials like personal hygiene and meals.. and even skipped meals because of sheer sloth
it's one of the simple pleasures in life

I opposite leh, as I age I find that I can sleep MORE and the whole day if I feel like it

babies sleep 14 hours/day
teenagers about 10 hours
adults about 8 hours
ah peks ah sohs about 7 hours
my grandfather sleeps at 8pm and is awake by 5am -
at MY age, i stil can nua in bed leh! am i normal?!!

Max I can nua in bed is half hour
I had the habit when I was younger
But now the LATEST I can sleep to is 8am
No matter how late I sleep, I can never sleep past 8am
Like yesterday, I was dead tired and told myself I wanna stay in bed till 10am
But I was up at 8am while SO could snooze till 11

then either i get up to go to work (or Mass) or i just go.. time to sleep some more and go back to sleep -

last time when i was livin with nel's family... i'd wake up around 7 plus... 8.. max is 10 am
now that i'm livin by myself (with nel of course)
max is 12 noon.. cos nel will wake me up $@#$@#%#$^%$&^%*%*
