DIE LAH this describes me completely.Originally posted by choco B:It's not that they sleep little leh , if you notice it's cos they take plenty of naps, and bedtime is very early
Wanan learn from someone who woke up at 6pm earlier ?Originally posted by ShrodingersCat:When i was younger I could laze in bed for hours. I would first open my eyes, realise it is only 7 am then roll around and go back to sleep till 12 or 1 or 2 or whatever.
But with age.. creeping up on me, I found that I have LOST THIS ABILITY!!!
It's horrible leh, if i laze in bed, I just end up having a bad headache. If anything wakes me up after 6.45 am (My usual waking time), I just can't sleep anymore. Even if I slept at 3 or 4 am...
So who can stay in bed WHOLE day type.. share technique lehh...
Sigh. Time 7.10 am. Woke up at 6.45 am. Today sch holiday dont even have to wake up sooo early....

I MUST wake up early. after that I can take naps. BUT i must wake up first, potter around the house, drink kopi, read papers, then Nap Nap.
BUT i can't sleep all the way through. its liek sleep sprinting vs sleep marathon u know.
even without naps, i will wake up early...Originally posted by choco B:LOL
If you really wanna cultivate the lai chuang habit, I'd advise you to do the err pleasurable solo activity that will wear you out .... almost guarantee you'll doze off for another half hour or so.
It's not a crutch, treat it like a training aid
Maybe it's your overall sleeping habit. Cut down on or eliminate entirely naps?
I thought the noise of the rain (water) is supposed to be soothing and to help you sleep?Originally posted by the Bear:i wish i could do that today..
great weather to sleep in.. it's cool, dark and not raining (which means less noise to disturb your sleep)
maybe bear is referring to the thunders?Originally posted by honeymouse:I thought the noise of the rain (water) is supposed to be soothing and to help you sleep?
