  Ok... I just confronted the plagiarizer. His best friend was there as well to act as a neutral party.
  
  Surprisingly I managed to control my temper. I calmly laid out all the evidence of his plagiarism in front of him and told him, without mincing any words, that his actions would get every one of us into trouble should I turn a blind eye to them.
  
  He accepted all the charges that I tossed at him without protest and promised me that he would get the job done by Sunday night.
  
  He seriously better had get it done - or I'll rat him out to my prof.
