What can I cook for ONE person?

so should i make mushroom+pork or pork+cabbage...
i think i will make soup with pork+radish+carrot and then attempt the tofu thing and make tomato sauce fish

even from the last time i was back, the impression was very bad ... I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before .... check in counter girl made a mistake ... didn't check through one of my check-in luggage to my final destination ... when i hight-lighted it out, she tried to fob me off by saying that I was over the limit, I can check in during my stop-over, I can only hand carry this etc .... I was running late and didn't felt like arguing, so i had to check through the piece of luggage at vancouver myself ... the immigration official were blatantly rude to a bunch of maids returning home, but waved me through ... that left a pretty sour taste in my mouth ...
and the free and easy shops and the cafes ... in hong kong, in korea, the sales staff give you no peace ... they'll offer help before you have to ask for them ... airport staff were all universally friendly ... in Singapore, you see them lounging on coffee breaks, chatting to one another at the counters ..... it didn't felt like Singapore ...
habis liao lah like that ....
