so, they're in the hole, they made a loss of US$12 billion last year..
why the hell are they selling off their most profitable subsidiary, Aston Martin? and why the hell are they keeping the parts which are making the losses? and for a paltry sum of US$950 million (like this is going to reduce their debt)
seriously.. i was a Business major.. the first things you throw away and sell are the loss-making bits where you either let some other sucker lose the money, or you allow them to turn the subsidiary around...
you do not throw away your best assets..
yet, it was seen by the "industry" that Ford was doing the "right thing"
what is going on in the corporate world? -
uhh.. does anyone know if Soup Spoon is still open at Raffles City after one chef was arrested for murdering the other?
the guys are going to go play street soccer tomorrow during lunch and i'm contemplating getting lunch from there.. -
